No aggressive breeds (Airedale Terrier, Akita, American Bulldog, Australian Cattle Dog, Belgian Malinois, Bouvier Des Flandres, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dutch Shepherd, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Komondor, Kuvasz, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Puli, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler) and no extra large breeds (Great Danes, St. Bernards). Mixed breeds must provide documentation from veterinarian that pet is not any of the breeds listed prior to move in.

$350 non-refundable charge and $20 per month pet rent that covers up to two pets.
Application fee $30 per applicant. Additional monthly charges include trash and water (available on select units). Trash is $18 and water is $35 for single resident, $55 for two residents and $10 each additional. Other option upgrades include washer and dryers for $50 per month.
Applicants may not have any eviction judgments, liens or broken leases unless they provide proof of them being paid off in full. We perform a criminal background check and credit check on all applicants over the age of 18. The income requirement is three (3) times the monthly rent.
The security deposit is one month’s rent. We require the full deposit to hold the home. The deposit is non-refundable seven (7) days after payment date.
30 days of current paycheck stubs or W2 copy. For new employment or job transfers, a contract or letter of intent from employer is sufficient.
Residents can end their lease early by providing a 30 day notice to vacate. Residents must be current on rent and pay one additional month’s rent for the reletting fee. The deposit will also be forfeited.
Residents are responsible to pay electricity, water/sewer, cable, pest control, internet and phone.
You are free to use any provider you choose.
We are in the Dickinson I Independent School District.
One year or six months, however six month lease terms are not eligible for monthly specials and pay $100 more in monthly rent.
Yes, residents may provider there own or use eRenterPlan offered in the resident Tenant Portal.
You may submit a service request online through the Tenant Portal or call us at 281-249-9330 during office hours or leave a message with our after hours answering service. You may also come into leasing office or drop off the request in writing in the night drop box.
Due on the first day of the month. A late fee is assessed on the 6th of the month and 1% late fee charged daily until balance is paid.
Yes. Two assigned parking spaces at front door of home and each parking lot offers three visitor parking spaces.
In one of your assigned parking spaces or you may lease a storage unit.
Yes, but there is a $175 non-refundable fee.
